I don’t think it’s ever been a secret that I love Asian food. I also don’t think it’s ever been a secret that Todd hates it. How do you not love soy sauce? It’s not normal. I love salt, so anything with Soy Sauce is a-ok with me! I sort of hacked a few recipes […]
Recipes
I love recipes. I have a cookbook addiction and I probably get 6-7 cooking magazines every month. I love food, and I love great recipes. Here you’ll find some great options to put a quick meal on the table, or a great recipe for Sunday dinner or entertaining. Weight Watchers Butterfinger Dessert
This recipe was posted by a friend on Facebook, so thought I would give it a try since I have been trying to lose a few pounds. It is totally Weight Watchers friendly except for the Butterfinger candy bars. Now when it comes to candy bars, Butterfingers would not be my first choice. Anything, and […]
Easy Vegetable Tortellini Soup
This vegetable tortellini soup was an easy to throw together dinner that was meat-free – but not vegetarian – because I used chicken stock. you could VERY easily use water or vegetable stock if you like to make it a vegetarian meal. Cooking the tortellini in the soup gave it that creamy tomato soup look, […]
