I have been really remiss about documenting my weekly menus here – and that makes me angry because it’s areally a valuable resource to look back at as I’m planning future menus.

So here’s this week’s menu…posted on Mother’s Day, because I don’t have to do anything else!
What’s for dinner this week?
Sunday – Turkey noodle soup! I made 8quarts of turkey stock yesterday- so today I’ll use 2 on a big pot of soup!
Monday – Breakfast – Elk sausage, hash browns, eggs and
Tuesdays – Baked Chicken & potatoes
Wednesday – Chopped/Cobb Salads with soup
Thursday – Elk Swiss steak with egg noodles
Friday – Chow Mein Hotdish
Saturday – Bacon Cheeseburgers
Yum!
