I made a pulled pork this weekend. I was looking for a bbq sauce that was beyond just my go-to Sweet Baby Ray’s Original flavor. I found a recipe for Balsamic BBQ Sauce that was SO VINEGAREY it made my eyes water…..so I worked on it a bit and came up with this, it’s dark, and dreamy, and sweet and sticky. You’ll keep coming back for more, I promise. I bet this will also be amazing baked on some chicken wings or basted on some ribs. Let me know what you think!
Sweet & Tangy Balsamic BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Clover Honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic minced fine
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Put everything in a saucepan and simmer until reduced by 1/3 and enjoy!
