Lets get honest, I’m even too busy to cook lately.
Earlier this month, I quit my full-time, benefitted job – to start my own online marketing agency with my very good friend, Mary Bowling. Mary and I have worked together in teh past, and the stars all aligned to make it possible, and time, for that to happen.

In the interim, my cooking and blogging have suffered greatly. If I can throw something half-assed on the table for dinner we’re lucky. Many nights my incredibly understanding family eats a bowl of cereal. I feel moderately-to-incredibly bad about that. I need to teach the yorkies how to type so I can have a “staff” around here!
Couple time limits with blazing heat that makes me dread the kitchen – and I cant even consider getting back on track any time soon…….unless……..
I start a series of hot-weather, cool-down recipes….. BAM! Great idea!
Okay – so that’s the direction I’ll head. I’ve already got a head start – my Ghirardelli and Biscoff No-Bake cookies are really popular on Pinterest. I can do more recipes that don’t require an oven, and maybe don’t require the stove at all….or minimum stove time.
…..and I need a pedicure……
