Oven Roasted Cabbage

Fast, Easy & Tasty Side Dish - VERY economical

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Head Green Cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut cabbage in half and slice 1/2 of it into 1/2" to 3/4" "steaks"
  2. Lay on a foil lined baking sheet
  3. drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper on both sides
  4. Roast in oven for approx. 25 minutes until the cabbage turns golden brown and delicious - how brown you want it is up to you.
