Oven Roasted Cabbage
Fast, Easy & Tasty Side Dish - VERY economical

Head Green Cabbage

Olive Oil

salt

pepper

Cut cabbage in half and slice 1/2 of it into 1/2" to 3/4" "steaks"

Lay on a foil lined baking sheet

drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper on both sides

Roast in oven for approx. 25 minutes until the cabbage turns golden brown and delicious - how brown you want it is up to you.
